Citadel Class of 2006 Policies

These policies apply to all merchandise sales and event ticket sales facilitated by Citadel Class of 2006 to fellow classmates and alumni.
Privacy Policy
Citadel Class of 2006 collects limited personal information (such as name, contact information, size selections, and payment confirmation) solely for the purpose of processing merchandise and ticket orders.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party.

Information collected is used only to fulfill your order, contact you about pickup details, or resolve an issue with your purchase.

Payment is processed through Wix.com; we do not store your payment card or account details.

Information is retained only as long as necessary to complete the current sale/event and is discarded afterward.

Refund, Return, & Cancellation Policy
Merchandise

All merchandise sales are final. Citadel Class of 2006 does not accept returns or issue refunds for sizing or fit issues.

If an item does not fit, we will provide you with the manufacturer's information so you can pursue a return or exchange directly with the manufacturer, according to their policies.

Citadel Class of 2006 is not responsible for delays, denials, or outcomes of manufacturer-handled returns or exchanges.

Refunds/exchanges are only issued by Citadel Class of 2006 if an item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item given at pickup).
Event Tickets

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, including for the tailgate and party events.

Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

In the event Citadel Class of 2006 cancels an event, ticket holders will be notified and refund eligibility will be communicated at that time.
Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

No items are shipped. All merchandise and tickets must be picked up in person.

Merchandise pickup will take place at our events on:

Saturday, November 7th

Buyers are responsible for picking up their order during these dates. If you cannot attend, please contact us in advance at info@citadel2006.org to arrange an alternative pickup, if possible.

Merchandise not picked up by the end of the Saturday, November 7th event will be considered forfeited, with no refund issued.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or ID) may be required at pickup.
Terms & Conditions of Promotions

Promotions, discounts, or special offers apply only to event ticket purchases and do not apply to merchandise sales.

Promotional tickets are subject to the same terms as regular tickets, including that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Promotions may be limited by quantity, time period, or eligibility (e.g., Citadel Class of 2006 classmates only) as specified at the time the promotion is offered.

Citadel Class of 2006 reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
